Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Eravandra Premium is billed through Apple or Google, so you cancel on the same device you bought it on. On iOS, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Eravandra. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, then Eravandra. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google handle refunds for anything you buy inside the Eravandra app. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Play Store refund flow from the order email. If you run into trouble, email us and we will help you sort it out.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to the Profile tab, and tap Delete account. That removes your user record, your swipes, and your routes from our database within 30 days. You can also email us to request deletion.
Can I use Eravandra without an account?
No. Eravandra uses your account to save the places you like and the routes you build, so you need to sign in with Google, Apple, or email. We only ask for your email address.
Does Eravandra work offline?
You can open routes you have already created without a network connection. Building a new route and opening the map for turn-by-turn directions both need a connection.
Which cities are available?
We are starting with a small set of historical cities and adding more every few weeks. Check the Cities section on the home page for the live list.

Thank you for catching that. Email us the city, the place, and what is wrong. Screenshots help. We review every report and update the content.
